Refund policy
At The Glow Boost, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, dissatisfaction after use, or orders placed by mistake.
All sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective,.please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@theglowboost.com.
To help us review your request, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement product at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
We do not offer refunds for products used incorrectly, normal wear and tear, orders delivered successfully to the shipping address provided, or delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier services.
